Plagiarism Policy
The Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies International Scientific-Practical Conference maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and originality.
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism is defined as the presentation of another person's ideas, words, data, or creative work as one's own without proper acknowledgment. This includes, but is not limited to:

Copying text or ideas from published or unpublished sources without citation

Submitting someone else’s work as your own

Failing to put quotation marks around directly quoted material

Using images, charts, or data without proper attribution

Self-plagiarism (reusing one's own previously published work without disclosure or permission)

Originality Requirement
All submitted papers must be the original work of the author(s) and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. -
Screening and Review
All submissions are subject to plagiarism detection using reliable plagiarism-checking tools. A similarity index exceeding 15–20% (excluding references and properly cited quotations) may lead to rejection or revision requests. -
Consequences of Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected at any stage—before, during, or after the review process—the following actions may be taken:-
Immediate rejection of the manuscript

Removal of the paper from the conference proceedings (if already published)

Notification of the author’s institution or affiliated organization

Disqualification from future participation in conferences hosted by the university

Author Responsibility
Authors are fully responsible for the content of their submissions and must ensure that proper citation and referencing practices are followed. Each author must confirm that the manuscript is plagiarism-free at the time of submission.

By submitting their work to this conference, all authors agree to comply with the conference’s ethical guidelines and affirm that their submissions are original, properly cited, and free from any form of academic dishonesty.
