Conference Process

The Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies International Scientific-Practical Conference follows a clear and inclusive process to ensure meaningful academic engagement and smooth participation for both national and international attendees. Below is an overview of how each conference is organized and what participants can expect:

1. Conference Themes and Subject Areas
   Each conference is organized around a specific subject area or theme relevant to Oriental Studies, the humanities, or interdisciplinary fields. The thematic focus will be clearly stated in the conference announcement and details page.

2. Eligibility and Participation
   Participation is open to both national and international scholars, researchers, and professionals, provided that their research aligns with the announced subject area of the conference.

3. Online and Offline Format
   Conferences may be held in-person (offline), online, or in a hybrid format.

   • Participants are welcome to attend in person in Uzbekistan for physical conferences.

   • If a particular conference is only held online, this will be clearly mentioned in the conference description.

4. Manuscript Submission Deadline
   All research papers must be submitted before the official manuscript submission deadline for each conference. Late submissions may not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

5. Post-Conference Deliverables
   Participants will receive their certificates of participation and access to published materials within a few days after the conclusion of the conference.

6. Required Participant Information
   All participants must submit the following information during registration or paper submission:

   • Last Name, First Name

   • Academic Degree and Title

   • ORCID ID

   • Workplace and Position

   • Title of the Article

   • E-mail Address

   • One high-quality, passport-size photo

7. Article Format Guidelines
   Specific formatting requirements for papers will be provided on the conference details page of each event. All submitted articles must follow the given format to be accepted for review and publication.

8. Conference Video Archive
   For conferences with online presentations, participant presentation videos will be uploaded to the conference details page a few days after the event, allowing continued access and visibility of the scholarly contributions.
