SUMMARY:

➢ 8+ years of experience in stormwater management design and permitting, erosion and sediment control
plans, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, NPDES permitting.
➢ 7+ years of designing land development projects including but not limited to commercial, industrial,
residential, educational, public, and private infrastructure.
➢ 4+ years of performing 7-day, Final and Warranty inspections and generation of punch list items and
addressing redlined comments for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
➢ 5+ years of practice in NPDES permitting, MS4 and Watershed Protection Plan Sampling and
Reporting.
➢ Experience in air pollution monitoring, air quality sampling, experimental design and analyses,
environmental data management and modeling.
➢ Research contribution towards the development of innovative techniques in solving air quality
problems associated with particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10) and gaseous pollutants.
➢ Exposure to publishing and presenting research work; writing technical reports and proposals; and
email and oral communications with federal and state agencies.
